PSOD possible mem issues

So we have an old IBM x3550 M4 running esxi 5.5 3568722.  At least once, sometimes twice a week for the last 2 months it has purple screened.  I know i need to run a memtest on the server but that will take about 12 hours and before I do that would like any input on this error.  We have had memory issues on 1 of the other servers of the same type, but I have no mem errors currently after reboot of this server in bios or vcenter.

none that we are aware of, some of the VMs are customer VMs so it is unknown.  We do have palo alto VMs that had been on that host when it crashed.  I tried to find the world ID in the screenshot but since it migrated everything over when the server PSOD, i could not determine which one it was

Had an issue on 5.5 with a similar backtrace and it was related to a buggy SGOS interacting with vmxnet adapter...blue Coat, Symantec VM's I think, since 5.5 is end of General Support I would advise going up to vSphere 5.5 U3k
