AppVolumes | Applications not displaying in Start Menu

Hello,

I believe this is my first post.

I have an issue where some users are not able to view any of their applications from the start menu.  I can browse to the C:\program files\blah..blah...blah and see the applications there.  I can click on the .exe and it opens up fine.  The issue is when the user clicks on Start and there are no applications present.  Has this happened to anyone?

Environment:

Windows 10 (1803)
AppVolumes 2.16
UEM 9.6

Are the Start Menu shortcuts present during the provisioning phase?

Can you see the app shortcuts in "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" pre, and post provisioning?

It happens randomly.  The next one I encounter I will check that and report back.

I have the same issue.

The shortcuts are present during provisioning, but not once the application is finalized.

Tried a few applications - Notepad++, PuTTY, etc. none show the shortcuts.
