We need Esxi 6.7 optimized centos 7 guest OS ISO

We are providing centos 7 guest os Virtual machine to our customers. We are facing slowness issue in the centos image.

Please guide us any ESXI optimized centos ISO image is available or how we can make those Virtual machine make it faster performance

What exactly is slow? Is it e.g. the network, or storage, CPU, ...?

Performance depends on many factors, starting with the physical environment, the VM's configuration, ...

Did you already install VMware Tools (e.g. yum install open-vm-tools) in the guest OS?
