Recently we started experiencing big problems with Veeam backup system for backup. VIM creates a snapshot, but then can't delete it or consolidate.

The error occurs on Linux and Windows virtual machines.
Can't bring the logs from the guest VM, very slow in their work!
We have Vcenter 5.5 u3e. ESXI - 5.5 3248547
Any Ideas?
