Hallo All,
I would like to block all devices and only allow Printer. This setting i would like at agent level.
Here is what I have configured.
I would like what is the best way to do so. Because there will always be device which may not fall into this category.
I tried.
Exclude all devices : Enabled
Include Device Family: o:printer
But it is not working. Any help will be highly appreciated.
