Application Pools not accessible through HTML

We have a number of apps published and now We cannot access any of the apps from the HTML access.  we can get to them from the View client but nothing from the HTML Access.  I don't believe anything has changed in the system with the exception of a maybe a windows update or two.  Not sure about that one.  Any thoughts??
