Upgrading vSphere 6.0 to 6.7

Do I need to get new license keys or continue to use my current license keys?

Welcome to the Community,

licenses are based on major versions, i.e. 6.x licenses work for 6.0 as well as 6.7.

Example: You will require new license if you upgrade from 6.x to next major release, say 7.x. If you upgrade from 6.x and stays in 6.x, you don't require new license.
