Slow Networkspeed on ESXI Host (DELL PowerEdge R510, ESXi 6.7)

Hey,

I have very slow connection on my ESXi 6.7 on a DELL PowerEdge R510. (100Mbit instead of 1000Mbit)

Its a 1Gbit Network, Cisco Business Switch. All other machines on my network working on full speed even a Raspberry PI.

ESXi is installed on a Curcial SSD (500MB/s write and read)

This is my NIC:

QLogic / Broadcom NetXtreme II BCM5716 1000Base-T

Tried also already newest firmware/driver from VMWare, sucessfull installed. (QLogic-Network-iSCSI-FCoE-v60.713.76-11558738)

A direct SFTP to the ESXi-Host and upload/download speed giving me a maximum of 10MB/s > W/R.

The green lights on the server indicating cleary gigabit connection. WebInterface/CLI shows connected 1000Mbit Full.

No I didnt, what I tried now is to connect second NIC to my network, and : 1000Mbit working lik a charm. I think something with that NIC or the connection between is corrupted, cause on my cisco switch its show 100Mbit but everywhere else 1000.

I will check the cable also.
