I dont seem to be able to de-register any of my skyline appliances, when i go deregister it just spins and then drops me back into the admin page. I am unable to deregister them via the web portal because they are not inactive. just unhealthy, how do i log a ticket if i provide you the IDS to manually unregister these back end.

Hi,
You need to login to CSP to deregister a Skyline collector. Please try the below steps and let us know the status.
1 Login to csp (https://skyline.vmware.com/collector/manage-collectors)
2 Click on the 3 vertical dots on the actions column for the collector to be de registered.
3 Click de register (This may take a few minuites)
you cannot deregister them until they are inactive, until they reach this state the deregister will remain greyed out
