Which vCetner table is responsible for deletion events?
There should be an event created and can be easily found from the events and tasks if an approximate time is known.
It was deleted before 45 days so unable to find in vcenter events
Then it's also deleted from the database. If you had log aggregation you would have been able to tell, but that sounds like a no.
What is the retention policy set for events and tasks in VC ? If it is less then 45 days ; then it is not possible .
