"we are unable to get your account details" when a second engineer for the same account tries to access Advisor. Any ideas?
Kindly perform the below steps to address the issue:
Make sure you have given access to the users in Cloud 'Identity and Access Management'
Use Chrome incognito mode to open Advisor
If the issue still persists, Please share the requested information in the below link so that we can proceed on decommissioning the collector.
