Are you looking at the profile in the forum? Because that's not where it is.
Go to https://my.vmware.com/ and then the quick link "Licenses".
FWIW, whenever I buy a license I always get the license via the order confirmation email.
Note that if you have changed emails that the order confirmation might end up at the old email address. It at least did that for me last time.
If you did not receive the order confirmation email, then check your junk email folder.
If none of that helps then try to open a support case under my.vmware.com ( https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/get-help ) choose, "non technical" and follow the steps.
I can't help beyond this as I do not work for VMware.
