Windows 10 admin privileges after Migration to Mojave host

I transferred a Windows 10 Pro VM (64 bit, build 17763) from Sierra to a new Mac running Mojave using export to OVF and then import. Both installations used Fusion 11.1.0.

This is a corporate VM, so I have partial admin privileges while administrators have full privileges. Both can install some applications but not, in particular, a set of printer drivers. The result is a pop-up message "You do not have sufficient privileges to install the program. Log on again with administrator privileges."

Windows indicates it is connected to the correct domain.

Are there any known issues with migration to Mojave?

Thanks

Why would you go through an export and import process?  If it's a VMware VM, just make sure the OS is shut down in the guest, then copy the entire VM folder to the new computer, and open it.

Not clear to me if this is what you mean, but I first tried copying .vmwarevm file and had issues (VM wouldn't launch - error message said "corrupted .vmx file."

Regardless of whether exporting and importing is more effort, that is how the VM was migrated and presumably should not cause an issue, right?

If so, is it a consideration in troubleshooting ....?
