VMware player error cannot connect to the virtual machine

Hi Guys

Im gettin an error which drive me crazy all the time:

Error while powering on: VMware Player cannot connect to the virtual machine. Make sure you have rights to run the program and to access all directories it uses and rights to access all directories for temporary files.

any ideas how to fix it??

im running windows 7 Home Premium

Restart your main OS , and try to turn on the cirtual machine from the power state and not from the hibernation state in case it is.

If this didn't work , try to create a new VM machine and attach the old VHD to it and try to power it on.

start VMplayer by right click "run as admin"

Try restart VMware Authorizantion Service

Hi, I just go uninstallation option and then i repair. After that i restart my server where i have install VMware 14.

Now its working properly.

I go to control panel then repair vmware workstation. After it finished then restart pc. Open again and it is worked.
