This seems to be a heap corruption.

Here are what you should do:-

1. Update ESXi host to latest version of 6.0 Build 13635687   ( You are missing alot of ESXi updates)

2. Update all the drivers.

For more detailed analysis, please raise a case with VMware as, screenshot will not give a complete picture.

Exception 13:  Exception given when some code is trying to do something against the x86 architecture rules or something that doesn’t make sense.
