How to configure static route on NSX-T 2.4 T0 created with simplified UI

I created a T0 router in my lab with the simplified UI and also configured an IPSEC VPN session on this router. To test this I need to be able to communicate to the outside world. Since my simple labrouter does not support BGP I need to configure a static route on the T0 router.

Using the Advanced UI does not allow me to configure static routes however (since the T0 was created in the simple UI) and I have not been able to find any commands on the CLI to configure static routes (although a command is available to "Get" the static routes.

Anybody know how to do this in 2.4 ?
