while appear an alarm after enable proactiveHA

Dear all

Hi

i am using  VMware ESXi 6.7.0 build-13981272 and vcenter 

DRS and HA are active on my cluster now while i enable proactiveHA appear  host10.opr.dsa has unknown health state such as attach pic on all of my hosts

but while disable that alarms will be disappear also i have searched in google but could not find useful document or solution about that

according attach pic my servers are DL580G 10  also the time between all of them (host - vcenter - oneview ) are sync

May I know what 's the version of oneview ? Is it OV4VC appliance ?

Hi Baber ,

ProactiveHA is for redundancy health check of hardware components .The moderately degraded and severely degraded states are represented as Warning in the Type column on the Events page like .. Health , Warning and Critical .Disabling alarm is not under good practice because some of component is not healthy on your host .Suggest you to check the event and log for better clearly . use below link for more :

Look at the logs to figure out what the issue. Considering the number of issues as well you have encountered, you may want to file a support request and let the support team help.

Dear friend for use Proactive HA , you should run both of them

i am running HPEOneView-4.20.01.01-0385523

and OV4VC-9.3.0.149

also i was read all of these documents

You need a support contract if this is a business environment.

Same here with HPE Syngery. Disabling Proactive HA and enabling again clears the error for me.

so thanks i was read that article but this warning appear for me on all of esxi hosts in cluster after restart vcsa and cannot disappear after up vcsa . now what do i had to do ? i am sure for my hardware health all of them are ok.
