Hi gurus
I have found myself with this oddness and dont know where to start Troubleshooting this problems.
I have a some VM that are stuck at this 13%, I think is an issue as ALL of them are stuck at the same %, has anyone come across this and how do you gurus fixed the issue.
I have reboot the Vcenter appliance with no avail.
Thanks a bunchhhh for any help and time on this
What do the logs say?
D.
if you can see of my previous post, I am new, so where do I get this logs from and what am I looking for .
Thanks a bunch for jumping in??
You can get hostd.log from the ESXi host and vpxa.log from the vCenter. First check and validate you have vMotion connectivity between hosts.

1)do you have steps that I can follow to check vmotion between hosts?
Thanks
Pleas follow steps here (https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1003728) using the vmkping -I command to test. Ensure you select the correct source vmkernel port first.
Are you using NSX in your environment??
Mostly vMotion stuck at 13% is due to NSX.
There are a wide variety of reasons that a vMotion can be "stuck" and just going on the percentage at which it appears to be stuck as displayed in vCenter is not an indication of the cause–NSX or not.
