PCoIP 30 seconds Gray screen connecting to existing session

Hi,

We are currently running Horizon 7.7 with Windows 10 1803.

We are experimenting issue with PCoIP while reconnecting to an existing session, gray screen with cursor appear for 30 seconds before being able to see Windows Desktop.

We have no issue with RDP and Blast.

Does anyone already experiencing the same problem?

try to check bidirectional firewall ports.

Hi,

We are using NSX, for testing I've disabled the Deny Any-Any rules to be sure there no firewall between servers, devices and VMs.

We have not Windows Firewall enabled, and no other firewall between components.
