VMWARE Fusion crashes while importing an ISO

Hey Folks,

My VMware Fusion on MAC seems to crash every time I import a new ISO into it.

The existing VMs seems to work fine.

Can you tell me how do i get this fixed ?

Regards

Joy

Not sure what you mean by "import an ISO".  But let's start with the basics:

Host OS version?

Fusion version?

What steps are you taking when the crash occurs?

Can you attach the vmware.log file from one of these new VMs after it crashes?

I'd bet the .ISO is corrupted. Can you verify its MD5?

Is there a link to it?

Host OS version?

     Mac Sierra 10.13.6

Fusion version?

     10.1.6

Can you attach the vmware.log file from one of these new VMs after it crashes?

Crash occurs while installing the ISO itself so the VM is not even created.

When I click the continue on the below screen, fusion crashes.

I have tried restarting the system down and trying again, still facing same issue

I checked the ISO , it is not corrupted.

I tried it with another windows ISO , still facing the same issue.

Fusion crashes as soon as i direct it to install a VM from an ISO

I'm getting absolutely the exact same error. Began happening part way through, especially after I deleted a few VMs.

I am getting the exact same error/condition.  On every attempt.
