Windows Server 2012 R2 does not boot after transfer from physical hardware to ESXI 6.7

Good day to all!

Please help to deal with the problem.

There is a physical windows server server 2012r2 on which AD is raised.

At the moment I needed to migrate to temporary iron. Migrated with VMware vCenter Converter Standalone.

I am using the free version of ESXI. I have version 6.7

After installation, when you try to start a virtual machine, it hangs at the getting devices ready stage.

Currently used as a permanent server: IBM System X3250 M4 (Intel Xeon E3-1240 V2 3.40GHz, RAM 16GB)

The temporary installation location for this VM is: HP ProDesk 400 G3 MT (Intel Core I5-6500 3.20GHz, RAM 12GB).

1.Change language to en_US by downloading Microsoft English language,

2.Apply English language first on Windows server

3.Change language fot system account : Open the Regional and Language options by opening the Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language and Region and then clicking Region and Language. On the Formats tab, observe and optionally change the current user's locale in the Format dropdown. Select the Administrative tab. Click the Copy Settings button. Check Welcome screen and system accounts to copy the current settings to the LocalSystem account.
