A secure Connection could not be established to the server !!!

Dears..

I am facing a problem in VMM 2019 when trying to connect to any VM located on my vCenter server 6.7 , a plugin Msg to install VMware client appears.

I managed to install this VMware Vshpare client manually ,but  then a vmware viewer box mag : A secure connection could not be established to the server. when connecting via console

Do any one face issue like this & how can I get to my VM  ..
