vRA 7.6 wizard installation (Installation of a vRealize Automation 7.6 cluster fails during the join-va (join cluster) step )

I am getting the following error on the vRA installation join VA step as per  attached.

I have refered to this KB58708 but in vRA7.6 values are already in place.
