Hello daphnissov

ESXI  5.5 version

Server has 8 vmnics on it used for different traffics.

2 nics is used for nfs, one is down and one is up.

vmkernel port has 2 nics one is down and one is up on vswitch1

vmkernel port has 2 nics one is down and one is up on vswitch0

Steps tried:

all the blade servers within the chassis are up and fine.

network team confirmed their are no alerts on flex end and the mac address is learning on the switch end.

No physical errors on the blades confirmed by the data center team.

tried to re seat the blade no luck

tried to put blade in different bay not worked.

please let me know What information your looking for ?

regards,

jelan

What was changed before they went down, generally physical adapters don't go down unless the physical network changes some how. I'm not familiar with hp blades, but I've seen IBM blades lose networking but still "look" functional.
