When in Webex calls or jabber call after 10 or 15 mins call went to mute not able to listen anything. we have checked the all VDI environment everything looks fine.
Where could be the issue and can any one help to resolve this issue.

We've been struggling with this issue for months, and it turns out there was a known issue with RTAV audio dropping after about 10 minutes when using the Horizon 4.10 client. Upgrading to the 5.0 client resolved our issues.
