There isn't one because we only test and certify components specific to vSANs storage capabilities (Controller,Cache and Capacity) - everything else (e.g. NICs, CPU, Server) is certified for whichever release of ESXi you are running

Note also that Firmware 'N/A' indicates that hardware vendor is the source of reference for what you should be running with which driver and release (and that these are minimum firmware versions if specified).
That being said, as Network becomes ever more important to functionality and performance of vSAN (like any HCI solution) as it scales there could be a NIC HCL in future but the potential downside of us testing and approving/rejecting X or Y NIC for A or B purpose would likely cause more issues than having a guided path would benefit from and of course probably less choice for what people can use.
