I ran this install 3 times so far and it always get stuck at the same place, any clue what it might be?

You already have a thread here for this exact same issue to which I responded. Please remove your duplicate post and respond to your existing thread.

This is a install i did from scratch, it does not have the same issue as the other thread. I'll remove the existing thread. Any ideas what may have caused this issue.

A couple things to suggest:

1. Don't use system names in mixed cases. Bad idea and causes issues with certain components.
2. Always specify the front-end name and don't rely on "resolve automatically"
3. Uninstall and reinstall MSDTC on your web and SQL boxes. Use search if need be. Very quick and easy process.
4. After reinstall, check MSDTC settings are correct on both of those nodes.

Attached is the config log.

The config log doesn't have much. Pull the logs from the IaaS node. It's failing on model manager data, which very often means there's a SQL-related issue at hand.
