Catalog Form Submit Button Permanently Disabled Out After Field Validation Error

This is on 7.5. When submitting a form with required fields, if one is left blank then the submit button is disabled. It does not appear that there's a way to undisable it unless you cancel the request and start over. Happens in all browsers for me, there's an opaque undefined error in the console that may or may not be related.

Not my experience here with vRA 7.5 on either latest Firefox or Chrome, so I suspect you may need one of the hot fixes.

It seems to not occur on catalog items that are not blueprint related, they just receive this error (Correct the highlighted errors.) and no popup. The blueprint form receives this popup

Sorry, didn't quite understand this last message. Can you explain? I tried this in my own vRA 7.5 environment using a composite blueprint with no custom forms and a text area, required custom property. Of course I can't submit the request if I don't specify it, but if I try and get that error message, I can populate it and submit the request. The Submit button does not change its state.
