Skyline Auto-Upgrade not saving setting

TAM Notes: Customer is trying to configure the Auto-Upgrade function according to the steps below. However, it seems Configuration does not get saved. After clicking the "Set Upgrade Configuration" button, it is assumed the auto-upgrade option would show as YES, but after refreshing or logging out-in again, the option shows NO again. Would you please assist?

Procedure

1. On the Configuration page of the Skyline Collector, click Auto-Upgrade.
2. Select your auto-upgrade configuration.
   1. From the dropdown menu, select a day of the week for the Skyline Collector to select for and install updates, if available.
   2. From the dropdown menu, select a time of the day for the Skyline Collector to select for and install updates, if available.
3. To save your settings, click Set Upgrade Configuration.

Hope you are doing good!

Please try to open the configuration page of the Skyline Collector in "incognito mode" and check if the configuration is getting saved.

If you are facing the same issue then please share the Skyline collector version.

Checking with customer if running in "incognito mode" saves the configuration. I'll reply when I get answer from customer. Thank you.
