UNINSTALL VMWARE ESXI 6.75 MACBOOK PRO 2011

I was messing around with my 15" 2011 Macbook pro and clean installed VMware ESXI 6.75 in order to transform it into a home server but since it was not successful due to internet connectivity issues I would like to revert back to Mac OSx and clean install that but I cannot figure out how to completely remove VMware ESXI 6.75 from the machine. I have tried to boot install Mac OSx through USB but I just get a white screen after the apple logo. Please Advise! or is it even possible to get rid of VMware at this point. Thanks!!

This isn't really a VMware or related concern, but you should be able to boot your MacBook into recovery mode and then use Disk Utility to wipe the disk. From there, you can use Internet recovery mode to pull down and reinstall OS X.

I was able to figure it out. Had to use ubuntu to permanently disable the GPU and force it to use the integrated intel graphics. Now I have successfully installed ubuntu on my machine.
