vRA Dev Environment with NSX Created Networks

Can we configure and deploy the VMs from Dev vRA environment (vRA 7.2) to networks (VLAN) which pass through production vRA NSX? Suggestion please and we are not planning to create Dev NSX environment.

As long as your Dev vRA can see and collect on those vSphere port groups, it can deploy VMs to them.

Thank you! Just to clarify further. We have created Dev vSphere as well but the ESXi NW subnet is same with prod ESXi. However, NSX resides only on Prod vSphere. In this case, can we use/add the VLAN (comes through NSX) which was created in Prod vSphere to Dev vSphere network port group? I hope this is clear and let me know if any suggestions.

I'm not entirely clear on what you have and what you're trying to do. What I was trying to say earlier was that if you have a single vCenter with two separate vRA environments, you can provision out of both of them to the same port groups in the same vCenter, you'll just want to keep separate ranges for each vRA. If this isn't what you're asking, I need more detail. Screenshots help.

To make further clear, The VLANs which was created and used out of NSX (installed only in prod vSphere/vRA environment) can also be used into Dev vSphere/vRA (no NSX or plugins installed in ESXi) environment? Please note that, the IP assignment/reservations are controlled by infoblox IPAM.

Then in that case, no. If you dev vRA environment points to a dev vCenter where NSX is not installed (and therefore those segments don't exist as port groups), you cannot consume them in your dev vRA.
