joined NSX to AD but User tab is missing from "Users and Domain" section

Hi everyone,

At vSphere level, on Networking and Security:

NSX is installed and joined to the AD domain, but the User tab is missing from the User and Domains section.

At the Domains tab the domain is listed and the synchronization status displays "SUCCESS".

At the appliance level:

On Manage, NSX Management Service both Lookup Service URL and vCenter Server are reporting "Connected" in green, but only vCenter reports last successful inventory update date, this may be normal, but I don't know.

Is there any way to debug whats happening?

Thanks in advance!

I think this functionality hasn't been implemented in the HTML5 client yet. You can still configure users, but you will have to use the Flash client to do this. Or maybe use the REST API, but using a GUI is just a little bit simpler I think.

Hi guys, thanks for responding me.

That way it worked (using the old FLEX vSphere Web Client)! Thanks so much!
