Looking for Horizon ADMX files

Can anyone tell me where to download the Horizon ADMX Template Files?  I found an article that says to get them by going to the downloads section, then Under Desktop & End-User Computing, select the VMware Horizon 7 download, but I can't find them.  Any help would be appreciated.

They are under the "Horizon 7" downloads under "Horizon 7.x GPO Bundle"
