NSX - Certification - VCAP

Hello,

Does anyone know if exam VMware Certified Advanced Professional 6, is based on NSX 6.4. ??

Also is there any Study Guide for that ??

Yes, it is based on 6.2. The VCP-NV exam never got updated past 6.2 either.

On the top of this page (in blue) it says it is version 6.2: VMware Certified Advanced Professional 6 - Network Virtualization Deployment (VCAP6-NV Deploy) Exam

Are there any news about updating that exam soon?

Or they will just go with NSX-T ?

The VCP exam is going to be updated to T: VMware Certified Professional - Network Virtualization 2019

VMware Certified Professional 2019 – Network Virtualization (NSX-T) 2.4 Exam (coming soon)

I would expect the same thing to happen to the VCAP exam.

But as far as we know, there are no official information about new certyfication exams ?

The only official information is the one on the link I sent that says: VMware Certified Professional 2019 – Network Virtualization (NSX-T) 2.4 Exam (coming soon)

Since the VCP is moving to NSX-T, the same shall happen to VCAP at some point in time, but this is only a logical conclusion based on the official information given. Nothing official about changes to the VCAP-NV has been released.
