vRA 7.5 Enterprise Install Fails at join-va phase

vRA 7.5 (VMware-vR-Appliance-7.5.0.458-10053539_OVF10.ova) Enterprise installation fails at the tail-end of the install with an "Inviting to join the cluster" message. This error is documented when downloading the software from the MyVMware portal in https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/58708
GSS tweaked the settings in that article and increased to 420 for setenv-tools and 4200 for vcac-config.properties which didn't help. The VAMI shows both Cafe Nodes 2 & 3 as replicas.

Sorry, are you just posting for awareness and visibility, or are you saying you're still seeing failure even after applying the fixes outlined in said KB article?

Would need more details as far as your environmental setup to dig further. Something else you can try:  Deploy just a single VA to get through the wizard, then join the second VA after installation is complete to see if you still see failure. Otherwise, start pulling logs, and check NTP to be sure you're absolutely positive you are pointed to a good internal NTP server and that time is in sync all around.

Just an update on this. Bypassed 7.5 altogether and done a successful Enterprise deployment of 7.6 (allowing the wizard to perform the join-VA stage).

It seems the workaround documented in KB58708 only applies IF you configure the settings BEFORE yoiu start the installation wizard.

Just an FYI, the settings from the KB are in 7.6 by default.
