[ERRNO 28] No space left on device. Problem with update from ESXi 6.7.0u1 to ESXi 6.7.0u2

I wanted to update my current version of ESXi 6.7.0 u1 to ESXi 6.7.0 u2, but I always get the same error. I tried all solutions from this source ( Vmware Esxi Update No Space Left On Device Error  ) but nothing worked. Is there another solution for this Problem?

Check the basic space available : Applying 6,7U2 build 13644319 patch - [Errno 28] No space left on device
