We notice that you have already updated the required information .
The Email address which you have updated matches the one which was used during Skyline deployment. So we can be certain that the issue is not with invalid user name .
We can access Skyline Advisor either by entering the MYVMware credentails or through CSP. If you are unable to login using either one of these options please try using incognito mode .
If the problem persists even after trying these steps , please let us know .
With MYVMware credentials i always receive error: "There was an issue with validating your login credentials against our backend database", in incognito too.
Through CSP without incognito i see: VMware Cloud Services and an infinitely rotating circle.
In incognito all works.
p.s. Deleting cookies didn't help.
