unable to detect disks or volumes on the source machine. make sure that the source is a supported linux distribution.

Hi Help Please

I tried to convert physical machine to a virtual machine but error appear,

unable to detect disks or volumes on the source machine. make sure that the source is a supported linux distribution.

     Physical machine information:

1\ oracle linux

2\uname -a

     4.14.35 - 1844.3.2.el7uek.x86 _64 #2 SMP Mon Feb 25 .........GUN/LINUX

I know that maybe the Problem , because the Oracle Linux isn't at the support list. But I think the oracle linux is the Centos linux , they are the same.

the error appear when I choose the Source System, so I can not continue .

I think i don't use software RAID. The Attach as below.

Thank you helping me . Or I have to try to reinstall my system use Centos7

Could you try the final solution  Do à v2v in offline mode ?

You can boot by cdrom with an converter client image, to get the system offline mode ?

Hi Thank you for answer question,

I don't have converter client image, actually I don't know how to do that, could you kindly tell me where should I download that client mage, and how to do next.

        Server power off is okay.
