Hi. I read conflicting information on if you can vMotion NSX appliances such as an Edge and a DLR to another host in the same Cluster. Do I really need to go into NSX Manager and set the appliance up for a different host, and then it re-deploys it?
I am bringing this up since we are patching our NSX enabled clusters for the first time since NSX was installed, and we usually just vMotion VMs and put the host in maintenance mode and carry on. That doesn't seem possible anymore with the NSX appliances. Can someone clarify please? Thanks,,,
