Don't send the combination ctrl/ alt/ suppr

Hello,

For a lab under esxi 6.7 installed on Workstation, I mounted a VM integrating a server win 2012 r2. It is totally impossible for me to connect to the VM, which refuses access to authentication. When I send the command ctrl / alt / supp via the menu of the VM, nothing happens ... I use the Firefox's last version...

I tried the combination ctrl / alt / insert, the installation of VmTools, nothing helps.

Have you ever encountered this problem and if so, what did you do to solve it?

Thanking you,

Sorry - please try to use the same slang as we folks are used to.
We start a VM, we install a new VM or we import a VM but nobody here mounts a VM.

I also never seen the key-combination ctrl / alt /suppr ...
Anyway - when ever we cant use the vSphere options to interact with a VM we use RDP.

if it is the same issue as me.

It was not working in the web browser for 2012r2 2016 server

I find out a workaround

I donwloaded the external console (the app) then sending it key command from the app is working

unlike the web browser

Hello,

Facing the same problem with Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012 and Windows 10.
Sending ctrl/alt/del doesn't work.

Only via the remote console i could login to the systems

Used esxi 6.7.0 Update 2 (Build 13006603)
