Collector Registration Token

My Skyline implementation is many months old....1.3 days.  All of my appliances are currently version 2.1 and I need to add another instance.  After deploying the ova and logging in to register the appliance I see the need for a "collector registration token".  What is that exactly and where to I find/create one so I can move forward?

The newer version of Skyline collector has to be registered on cloud. Please use the link below to generate and copy the "collector registration token".

I started down that path and when trying to go to https://skyline.vmware.com/collector/ I always get the following error:

HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request

Unfortunately, the directions aren't very clear.
