Why can't I see Application Rule Monitor in my 6.4.4 NSX?

I was watching a video about ARM and it's shows up in the video as a tab in flow monitoring.

But if you look at the screen grab of Flow Monitoring from my vSphere session - it's

no where to be seen. I'm expecting to see it to the right of Configuration. But it's a no-show.

I found it. It was just in the left column whereas the video showed ARM as a tab in flow monitoring. I'm not sure why there's a difference.
