Skyline Advisor Inactive

Skyline Advisor indicates that my collector is inactive.

The collector is active.  It uploaded data once and then stopped working.

Hello,

Hope you are doing well.

The collector seems to be working fine from the backend and I do not see any issues. Could you please check and confirm?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

From the backend I can see that the collector is in Inactive state.

Please wait for another 24 hours and if the issue persists I will contact the Engineering team and get back to you.
