Convertor from Hyper-v to Vmware

I have two working environments one HYPER-V (Old) secound VMWARE(new)

I have a problem when I convert a virtual machine (win server 2008 or windows 7)

I'm getting a bad disk error

(0x0000007B)

Plus it happens to me with a Linux server too

The machines in the Hyper-V environment have an IDE disk and after the convert its scsi
