Unable to delete an orphaned VM

Hello,

I've unregistered a VM from ESXi host directly as I've been facing issues with it for vMotion, and even removing from inventory from vCenter web client, but the VM is still present in vCenter as orphaned, and no options to remove it from the inventory. I've followed this KB but didn't work for me:

https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1011468?lang=en_US

How could I remove it? through the MOB interface?

I'm using vCenter 6.0 - Windows edition (not sure if MOB is available for Windows vcenter).

Thank you,

Have you tried?:

  1. Restarting  the management agents on the hosts with orphaned VMs. DCUI > Trouble Shooting Options > Restart Management Agents
  2. Restaring the VMware VirtualCenter Server Service on VCSA. Root login VCSA via SSH. service vmware-vpxd restart.

service ServiceName restart

Thank,s I did already restart the host management agents, but I didn't want to restart the vcenter server services, but I think I have no other choices.
