I have standalone ESXi and VM. I start the all delete snapshot 45 mins ago but status is %7. ı still waiting for this process. datastore also has enough space. Is there any problem ? also cancel button also seems passive.

Do not cancel the task as this could cause corruption, run the command and check its progressing

I've seen them take days, it depends on how active the disk is and how big it is, which is one of the reasons the best practice is to keep them under 3 days old.
