We are seeing several issues with win 10 LTSC1809, especially on boot time?

Is the VMware OS optimization tool up to date for this new product?

Check to see if the version of Horizon you are running supports LTSC 1809:  VMware Knowledge Base

The VMware OS optimization tool hasn't been updated since July 2018. It doesn't have a template for that said version. Is your slowness happening on an image you apply the OS optimization template too?

Are you using VMFS 6? There is a known issue with 1809 and VMFS 6.
