UEM enforce folder redirection

I am setting up UEM to do folder redirection. Currently I am using Group Policy for folder redirection with "prohibit user from manually redirecting profile folders" set to Enabled. However, that setting prohibits the flex engine from redirecting folders.

Is there a way to prevent users from changing the folder redirection paths with UEM?
