We changed our pools (names and what not). i have users that have multiple pool assignments but they will only connect to the last desktop. i have tried a hard reset of the client same issue. has anyone seen this before? any help would be appreciated.
We saw this a while back and worked with VMware to determine that auto connect was enabled for the users. Try connecting from a Horizon Client for Windows or Mac and try disabling auto-connect. Alternatively you can query the AD LDS (ADAM) database to determine which users have it enabled and clear it.

thanks but the P25 is a zero client. there is no horizon client
They still can auto connect, we tested a wyse 3040 and it was able to auto-connect. Try what ben says, or test the windows client as well to see if it was set there.
Are you managing the P25's with the Management Console? Are your device profiles configued to auto-connect to a specific pool?
We have P25 in our environment and have run in to the same issue. You either need to query and modify the AD LDS (ADAM) or have the user login from a Horizon Client to disable auto-connect.
