Shared Folders don't appear in Windows XP VM within Windows 10

I've set up shared folders in Settings for a Windows XP VM, Enabled and mapped as network drive option.

Windows firewalls are OFF.

However none of the shared folders appear in the XP virtual machine.

I've googled many threads, but nothing seems to work. Please advise.

I had to install VMWare Tools for XP, and then the shared drive shows up fine.
